Anual Finance Statement (AFS)
The Annual Financial Statement is the authoritative record of all financial transactions carried out by the Grama Panchayat during a financial year. To ensure financial discipline, accountability, and transparency, the accounts of each financial year are prepared accurately and subjected to proper auditing before being presented in the Annual Financial Statement.
This statement enables the public to understand where every rupee allocated for the development of Koottilangadi Grama Panchayat comes from and how it is spent.
